Terms of Service

1. Agreement and eligibility

These terms govern your use of GGLY Market ("GGLY"). References to "we" and "us" mean the people operating the service. By creating an account, selecting the acceptance control, or using the service after these terms are presented, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement where you live; if you are not an adult under local law, you may use the service only with permission and supervision of a parent or guardian who accepts these terms.

2. Accounts and security

Accounts are invite-only and require accurate registration details. Keep your credentials confidential and promptly tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, except where applicable law says otherwise. We may reject usernames, revoke invites, or require security steps to protect the service and its users.

3. The service and third parties

GGLY provides software for market discovery, card information, alerts, portfolio views, and optional automated marketplace workflows. The service may rely on Giggles and other third-party websites, APIs, networks, and data. Those services are independent of GGLY, may change or become unavailable, and are governed by their own terms and policies. GGLY is not affiliated with or endorsed by Giggles unless we expressly say otherwise. You must have authorization to connect an account and must comply with all third-party rules that apply to you.

4. Market information is not advice

Listings, estimates, rarity labels, price comparisons, alerts, and portfolio values may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or unavailable. They are provided for general informational purposes only and are not financial, investment, tax, legal, or appraisal advice. Prices can change quickly. You make your own decisions and should independently verify a listing, seller, item, price, and terms before acting. We do not guarantee that any card, listing, price, or opportunity is accurate, available, or suitable for you.

5. Connected credentials and automated actions

If you connect a third-party account, you authorize GGLY to use the credentials you provide to request the features you select. Credentials are encrypted before storage, but no storage or transmission method is perfectly secure. You can disconnect credentials in account settings; you should also revoke them with the third party if they may be compromised.

Buy Orders, auto-auction, bulk listing, and similar tools can submit or schedule actions using your settings without asking you to confirm each individual action. You are responsible for reviewing the account, filters, prices, quantities, durations, and other settings before enabling them and for monitoring results. Requests can be delayed, duplicated, rejected, partially completed, or processed differently by a third party. GGLY does not guarantee execution, reversal, refunds, or any particular outcome. You bear the risk of actions taken through your connected account, subject to rights that cannot legally be waived.

A third-party platform, including Giggles, may restrict, suspend, or terminate your connected account under its own rules, including in response to activity submitted through GGLY. GGLY does not control those decisions and cannot guarantee that your third-party account will remain available or be restored.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Break applicable law, another person's rights, or a third-party platform's terms.
• Access accounts, credentials, data, or systems without authorization.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls or rate limits, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Misrepresent identity, manipulate listings or market information, distribute malware, or interfere with another user's access.
• Use the service in a way that creates unreasonable security, legal, or operational risk.

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with lawful requests.

7. Ownership and permission to use the service

GGLY and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, branding, and original materials. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the service for your personal, lawful use. You may not copy, sell, sublicense, or create a competing service from our materials except as permitted by law or with our written permission. Third-party names and content belong to their respective owners.

8. Fees and taxes

When paid invite-code sales launch, the planned price is US$19.95 for one code that can be used to register one account. This is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. The price and any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout; the checkout amount controls, and prices for future purchases may change. Buying a code does not guarantee uninterrupted service or continued availability; see Section 9. Except where stated at checkout or required by law, invite-code purchases are non-refundable. Payment processing may be provided by a third party and subject to its terms.

9. Changes, suspension, and discontinuation

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any feature or all of the service at any time, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, legal, business, or third-party reasons. We may suspend or terminate access, revoke invites, or remove data where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address a breach, or operate the service. We are not liable for a permitted change, suspension, or discontinuation to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access, continued availability of any feature, or long-term storage of your data. You should keep your own records. Mandatory notice, refund, and consumer rights remain unaffected.

You may stop using the service at any time. To request account deletion, contact support.gridpoint.tech@gmail.com. Disconnecting a third-party credential or clearing browser data does not by itself delete your GGLY account or server records.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." GGLY disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and quiet enjoyment. We do not warrant that the service will be secure, error-free, compatible with a third party, or that defects will be corrected. These terms do not exclude a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GGLY and its owners, operators, personnel, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, substitute services, marketplace losses, or acts or omissions of third parties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid directly to GGLY for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including as required by local consumer-protection law.

12. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify the people operating GGLY Market against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights. We will give reasonable notice of a claim and allow you to participate in its defense; no settlement may impose non-monetary obligations on us without our consent. This section does not apply where prohibited by law.

13. Updates and contact

We may update these terms by posting a new version and date. Material changes may require renewed acceptance before continued access. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
